Do you know how to stay safe. Do you have a knowledge of awareness and how to identify, assess and manage personal risk or do you just hope that you and your employees will be ok.
Hope is not a plan
Every time I run a workshop I hear of far more issues and instances than have ever been reported within the organisation. Some are serious such as assaults while others are simply frustrating such as the theft of a phone.
Every day either at work, to and from their place of work or while working from home some of your people are experiencing issues they should not be. Make sure they have the knowledge to keep themselves safe.
It is not just a case of taking the right moral path but it also makes good business sense to keep your people safe.
