However, for some there is still a mismatch between what is in the employee handbook and on the website compared to what the people experience.Wellbeing should not just be sending a few people on a mental health 1st aid course.Some have no training on situational awareness, fraud, and terrorism awareness including radicalisation and the possibility of them or the organisation being targeted.
