Over half of my clients book me for workshops before one of their people has issues but unfortunately there remains a significant number of organisations who don’t.
Look I get it, I have run large departments in multinationals so I know there are always more things to do than time to do them.
I haven’t found its ever been cost its just time or possibly not knowing which department is responsible. Is it security, facilities, training or HR?
Often its all or none of those depending on organisational structures, but often it ends up with HR following an incident. That’s why I normally meet and discuss workshops with HRD’s.
The incidents that affect employees vary as much as the skills of the people themselves but many can have significant impact not only on the person involved but their colleagues, their family and sometimes the organisation itself. I have heard of everything including physical assault, mugging, kidnap and sexual assault along with fears and concerns following terrorist incidents.
Get in touch and we can discuss workshops as more people return to the office.
